Electric Crematorium
I am not going to give up on the cause of body donation. But considering the doubts people have and the lack of courage to take decisions and decide things for themselves a friend suggested a `soft' approach. How about disposing off body in an electric crematorium ? Saves wood, time, lot of botheration. Will keep you posted. Please ask your friends to join if interested

please dont give nd i m sure with time people would join your mission. but its so strange that when our some loved one is terminally ill then we are ready to give any amount of money to buy organs for him & ready to plead to the person whose organs could be transplanted and start to demand to the people to come forward and donate their organs. but now here is the platform for them to join this mission and help others. why cant they reason it out and join you ????????

ReplyDeleteEYE DONATION - Due to the latest development & technologies, eye donated of a single person can give eyesight back to 2 to 6 persons as different parts of the cornea can be used for different people.
ReplyDeleteIf all of you really want to work in this direction, make sure you do the following 2 things :
1. Make sure your family members are aware that u are very serious about donation in case of your death and that they should call the nearest eye bank as soon as possible after death. (For India - 1919 from landline, STD CODE+1919 from cellphone).
2. In case of death amongst your relatives, friends, neighbours or colleagues, please motivate the near relatives of the deceased and help them arrange for a donation. It is NOT necessary for the deceased to have signed any pledge form for the donation.
